Housewives of New York in Sayulita - Eric

There's some liquid stuff falling from the sky this morning in Puerto Vallarta. I have some vague recollection that it is called rain. Yesterday, we went to Sayulita, a small surfing town north of here. Very pretty but completely overrun by tourists. At Don Pedro's bar on the waterfront they were setting up to film a TV segment. Marge thought it was for House Hunters' International but they insisted it was for Housewives of New York.

About Marge and Eric

Once upon a time we lived in a suburban city south of Seattle - Burien. On January, 26, 2017, after giving away, donating, selling and storing most of our stuff, we packed the rest into a little Hyundai Elantra hatchback which we drove to Puerto Vallarta, with our dog, Otto (stopping along the way to visit family and have a couple of adventures)! We arrived in Puerto Vallarta on February 3, 2017 after driving 2,700 miles. Very soon we'll be loading up the car again for our permanent move to Ajijic. Why did we move to Mexico? First, because life here costs so much less! That's why Marge was able to retire early. If we hadn't moved to Mexico she would still be working! The thing is, money wasn't our only reason. We also moved here for excitement, adventure, fun, interesting food; to see new things, to travel, to learn, maybe to study-maybe to take up the accordian (Marge has always wanted to play the accordian)! To make pictures and write-or not; to drink a little wine (Marge) or beer (Eric) and listen to some music; and to leave all those old, tired habits behind with all that gloomy weather! To enjoy being alive!
